At GualtierPremium, your satisfaction is our top priority. You may return most new, unused, and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.

Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks from the day you hand the package to the return carrier. This includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for the item to reach us,
• 3 to 5 business days to process the return upon receipt,
• 5 to 10 business days for the bank to complete the refund.

To initiate a return, simply log into your account, go to "Complete Orders" under the My Account section, and click "Return Item(s)". You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.
