If the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item), we will also cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds are typically processed within 4 weeks from the day you hand the package to the return carrier. This includes:
- 5 to 10 business days for the item to reach us,
- 3 to 5 business days to process the return upon receipt,
- 5 to 10 business days for the bank to complete the refund.
